1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Your Seyva platform, mobile applications, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Platform Description
Your Seyva is a hyperlocal skilled service platform that connects customers with verified service providers and volunteers. We act as a connection facilitator and do not directly provide the services listed on the platform.
3. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Service Fees
Customers pay a ₹15 platform fee to connect with skilled providers. Providers keep 100% of their earnings. Volunteer services during national emergencies are completely free, including the platform fee.
5. Provider Responsibilities
Service providers are independent contractors, not employees of Your Seyva. Providers are responsible for the quality of their work, punctuality, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users may not engage in fraudulent activities, harassment, illegal services, or any behavior that compromises platform safety. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Your Seyva is not liable for disputes between customers and providers, quality of services rendered, or damages arising from service engagements. Users engage with each other at their own discretion and risk.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
